Thats quite a list!  Let’s talk about a few of the items on the list that stand out to me.  Remember I purchased a new home in Hammock Bay less than 3 years ago, so I am comparing my list to this list…and I find my list wanting!

Custom Maple Cabinetry? (NO, I didn’t get that), soft close doors and drawers (was not offered by my builder), wainscoting, connected home system (not offered), tankless water heater (was an upgrade for me)….etc etc etc.  I didn’t even get the option of a backsplash!!

Truland Homes is raising the bar for the builders out here in Freeport, and I for one am excited about it.
